AbstractThis study is the first attempt to combine these two modalities from the same conceptual level (i.e. IIV). We conducted a RT-based task, structural MRI and resting-state functional MRI in forty-one senior adults. Intraindividual coefficient of variation of reaction time (ICV-RT) is used to evaluate the IIV enumerated with the formula: ICV-RT = (standard deviation of RT / mean of RT) × 100. Similar to IIV of RT, IIV of HM was calculated based on the realign file with mean HM adjusted. Gray matter volume (GMV) was calculated by surface-based morphometry analysis.
