摘要There are emerging evidences that mushroom non-digestible mushroom carbohydrates (NDCs) are potential prebiotics. This talk will focus on the current research findings on mushroom NDCs in their applications as novel prebiotics. In particular, polysaccharides isolated from mushroom sclerotia were evaluated for their in vitro prebiotic properties by use of human bacterial culture.
