臟腑經絡之三陰三陽命名探討 (Discussion on the names of three yin and three yang of the Zang-fu and meridians)

摘要人身之中臟腑經脉均有特定的三陰三陽名稱。本文通過對天地陰陽與臟腑之相應關係的討論,認爲天有三陰三陽,則有風、寒、暑、濕、燥、火六氣之化而爲一年六節之本;地有三陰三陽,則有木、火、土、金、水五行之運而成萬物制衡之理;人禀天地三陰三陽之氣,則有五臟六腑之用及十二經脉表裏陰陽之相使相成。臟腑應陰陽,經脉屬臟腑,故人身之臟腑經脉,不得不有三陰三陽之名。其名之由來,先因于臟腑之應于陰陽、四時、六氣與五行,而後經脉隨其內屬之臟腑而各得其三陰三陽之名。三陰三陽,分則爲三,合則爲一。臟腑、經脉雖各具三陰三陽之名,但是不能只因其數之多少而論其陰陽氣之多少。若欲論臟腑陰陽之氣,不僅當從三陰三陽求之,亦須從臟腑之本氣求之。
There are the specific names of three yin and three yang for the different Zang-fu and meridians of the human body. By means of discussion on the corresponding relationships between the yin-yang in the nature and the Zang-fu, it is thought that the changes of wind, cold, summer-heat, dampness, dryness and fire through the year are based on the three yin and three yang in the heaven, while the movement and balance among the qi of wood, fire, earth, metal and water are because of the three yin and three yang in the earth. Just by taking the natural qi of three yin and three yang from the heaven and earth, there are the functions of the five-zang and six-fu and, as well, the corresponding relationships of yin-yang in terms of exterior-interior in the twelve regular meridians. Because of Zang-fu with yin-yang, and meridians with Zang-fu, there have to be the specific names of three yin and three yang for the different Zang-fu and meridians. Based on such knowledge, it gets the conclusion that it’s better to understand the properties of yin-yang of the Zang-fu in terms of three yin and three yang, and in terms of the original qi of Zang-fu themselves as well, rather than only the quantity of three yin and three yang.
