AbstractA tunable etched cavity InGaAsP/InP waveguides Fabry-Perot filter operating at 1.55 μm wavelength was designed, fabricated and tested. A fast tuning speed of about ten nanoseconds was obtained, the measurements being limited by the speed of the current probe used in the experiment.
