摘要We report the first case of glomerulonephritis associated with Robertsonian translocation t(13;14) in a 18-year-old female. The renal biopsy revealed mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis with mesangial IgG and C3 deposits. The patient also has congenital absence of ovaries and an underdeveloped uterus. Our report suggests that renal abnormalities may be found in patients with Robertsonian translocation.
