AbstractBackground and Aims: Distinguishing Crohn's disease (CD) from intestinal tuberculosis (ITB) is a clinical challenge. This meta-analysis assessed the clinical usefulness of Interferon-gamma releasing assay (IGRA) and anti-Saccharomyces cerevisiae antibody (ASCA) in the diagnosis of ITB and CD, respectively.
