AbstractPhototherapeutic keratectomy, cataract extraction and hydrophobic acrylic lens implantation, Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy, glaucoma valve implantation, and intravitreal steroid injections resulted in substantial visual improvement in three eyes of two children with complicated cataract due to severe uveitis. At follow-up of 6 months to 4 years, the children had clear corneas and normal intraocular pressures.
