AbstractThe purpose of this study was to demonstrate the feasibility of using a bio-activity guided in vitro pharmacokinetic (BAPK) method in identifying relevant (absorbable and bioactive) markers for quality control (QC) of Chinese medicines (CM), using Si Wu Tang (SWT), a popular CM for women's health, as an example.
