AbstractBackground: Insomnia is a common complaint in stroke survivors. Insomnia after stroke is correlated with physical disability, dementia, anxiety, depression, and fatigue. However, the influence of insomnia following stroke on health-related quality of life (HRQoL) has not been investigated.
