AbstractThis paper presents a new liquid capsule structure that enables alignment-relaxed continuous precision monitoring of epidermal pulse waves. Wearable pressure sensors are important as they enable long-term real-time epidermal pulse monitoring in a non-invasive and power-efficient way. However, most sensors are required to be precisely aligned with the optimal measurement spot, e.g., nearby the radial artery, for accurate signal acquisition, which causes inconvenience for untrained or elderly users.
