AbstractA 72-year-old gentleman with neovascular glaucoma of the left eye underwent MPTSC. During the procedure, there was a sudden protrusion formed on the corneal surface – acute corneal subepithelial hydrops (ACSH). This is a complication previously not reported in the literature.
