Our laboratory:
We have three proactive post-doctoral research staff, two part-time experienced and dedicated Research Assistants and an energetic PhD student as the core team.

We provide opportunities for undergraduate research students to participate in mini-project in a regular basis through the Student Campus Work Scheme (OAS) and Summer Undergraduate Research Programme (OAL) intake. Since 2015, we have trained seven UG and PG students from Hong Kong, Shandong, Taipei, London and three SURP students from the University of Sussex (United Kingdom), University of Graz (Austria) and The Karolinska Institutet (Sweden).

We are running an on-going collaborative funded project with the Pulmonary Center, Boston University School of Medicine. A PDF has started her attachment in the University Medical Center-Utrecht this summer.

Current Academic and Student Support duties:
• Co-Director of the CUHK-University Medical Center Utrecht Joint Research Laboratory of Respiratory Virus & Immunobiology, Department of Paediatrics, CUHK.
• Honorary Assistant Professor, School of Public Health, the University of Hong Kong.
• Co-ordinator of the Laboratory Administration Committee, Department of Paediatrics, CUHK.
• Member of the Postgraduate Student Research Committee, Department of Paediatrics, CUHK.
• Member of the Hong Kong Children Hospital Research Committee, Department of Paediatrics, CUHK.
• Level II Advisors for the Postgraduate Students, Department of Paediatrics, CUHK.
• Member of the Female Professorial Staff Support Network, CUHK
